Is CardScanR free during beta?

Yes. The controlled beta is free for accepted testers. Premium features are included for beta testers during testing. Paid Google Play checkout is not required for ordinary beta participation.

Can I test without an Android device?

Yes. Choose Website Beta to test the experimental web surface in a browser. Android is not required for that path.

Is it available on iPhone?

There is no iOS app in this beta. Website Beta works in a modern mobile or desktop browser. The Android app remains Android-only.

What Android version is required?

For Android + Website Beta, CardScanR targets current Android devices supported by the Google Play closed-testing build. Exact minimum API level is enforced by the Play listing for the invite you receive.

Does it support Japanese cards?

Yes. CardScanR includes Japanese card recognition paths and optional Japanese catalogue content. Japanese market pricing may be limited or unavailable depending on the card.

Can I organise binders?

Yes. Digital binders are a first-class feature for arranging cards, tracking missing slots and reviewing progress.

How is my information used?

Your application details are used to review beta eligibility, contact you about the programme and improve CardScanR. Collection contents are not collected by this website form. See the Privacy Policy and Beta Programme Terms for details.

Does applying guarantee acceptance?

No. Applying joins the review queue. Invitations are limited and issued to accepted applicants only.

How are premium rewards decided?

Complimentary post-beta premium is not earned by signup alone. It requires meaningful participation and later owner approval under configurable programme rules.

When will invitations be sent?

Accepted applicants receive an email with next steps for their chosen programme. Website Beta invitations include access to the experimental web beta. Android + Website invitations also include Google Play closed-test instructions.

Can I leave the beta?

Yes. Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw and request account deletion through the in-app / support channels described in our legal pages.
